This Privacy Policy describes how StasisField, Inc. (“StasisField,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and otherwise processes information, including personal data, that we collect from and about our Users (defined below).

1. When this privacy policy applies to user

This Privacy Policy applies to information (or equivalent) that StasisField collects and processes for users, players, customers' software, content, websites, and other activities and services (as a whole "service").
This Privacy Policy aims to provide you with information on how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data, options you can choose to make regarding your personal data processing, and how you can access and exercise other rights to your personal data.

StasisField collects information, including personal data, directly from you and automatically collects it through services or, in some cases, from third parties. StasisField is headquartered in South Korea and has service providers in Korea and around the world. We will take action to ensure adequate level of protection in the jurisdiction where personal data is processed through appropriate written data processing terms and/or data transfer agreements.

11. Third party links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites owned or not controlled by StasisField. We are not responsible for collecting and using your information from these third-party sites. Before submitting your personal data, we recommend that you read the privacy notifications on the websites you link to.

12. User generated content

You may choose to disclose information about yourself (including personal data) in the process of providing user-generated content such as forums to our services. The information that these forums disclose is unencrypted public information and is accessible to end users who are not subject to privacy policies. In addition, entering a specific public area of the service allows other users to view user name and other public profile information. Privacy cannot be expected for information posted or displayed on forums, games, profiles, or for information provided through us or our services.

13. Access, amendment and other user rights

We will comply with your request under the applicable law and will let you know if we do not comply with your request.

14. Google Privacy Policy

We use YouTube to display video videos and comply with our service provider, Google Privacy Policy. (https://policies.google.com/privacy) Sing Together developer StasisField does not collect user Google account information, search history, and provides only published YouTube videos.
